Project03- Monster Motel (01)

First, I tried to make it by paper masking. but it is not successful. Haiz~~ CNY is around the corner... I only did 5 layers, and maybe this can be the factor why it is failed!!

My material that cost about RM17!!

Use Styrofoam cutter, nervous!!

The rubbish after the work!!

The model which is not smooth and out of my expectation....

But, it looked nice uder the sun~~

I discover that another form of my chair~~ gorgeous!!

I try to cover uneven part of my model by paper~~

It looks simple!!

I am successful to gain the desired effect.

Feeling good!!

I decide to make a model for my chair although Wan B didn't asked us to do it. It is because during the presentation day, I am shy to present my worked because I didn't make my model.

Anyway, I asked my roommate, Weng Jen to help me to buy the material, the Styrofoam board and Styrofoam cutter with battery. Thank you!!

I start to do it in my room after class. First, I paste the cutting of my shape on Styrofoam board with cellophane tape and cut it with Styrofoam cutter. It is the 2nd time to use it, I still can remember that I used it in primary school to make up the background of the stage.

The effect is not so good and out of the expectation. Then, I think that I may cover it by paper. After that, I cut the paper according the chair size and paste on the model.

I am quite satisfied with the effect....but it is not firm enough~~

Project02: One Function Space---04

After 2 day's effort, I spend a lot of time to do my mounting board. I break my record 1st time, sleep at 3am. I discover that my life changed a lot after I enter the HBP, I mean the lifestyle, it has completely changed for 360' .

It is the 1st time to use colour pencil to do my assignment, but i am quite satisfied by its effect. My little poor chair is called DINOTU. It come from the idea of the dinosaur, it is cute, simple, comfortable. Most important, it is safe and nontoxic, suitable to be the choice of the parent for their children....

Anyway,i am sleepy now...

Archiweek-03

Nervous, crazy and upset feelings disturb me. I am going to do performance at night... Although i have practice for it times by times with Johnathan , but butterfly still fluttering in my stomach...Because many mistakes i have make in practise...

The event starts at 8pm, and i wear my new T-shirt to present it... Very unluckily, my performance is the 1st one, it will start after taking our dinner. Although, the food is delicious, got fried rice, sausage, bbq chicken, watermelon, but still worried my performance...

Finally, the critical moment arrived, I stand on the stage with the accompany of Jonathan and Mac... When the music of guitar starts, I start whistling...the song is Kau Ilhamku, Qing Fei De Yi, Moonlight, 3 song....In the performance, i forget everything, whistling slowing with rhythm...
The performance is quite successful but i mouth is dry in 2nd song, it makes me cannot reach the high pitch...

After this, the other team also performs song and rock.... However, i didn't like the rock part, the music is too loud and make my ear painful....Aw!!

About 11pm, we dismiss and walk back to our hostel... I am nervous now!!

Archiweek-02

Today is the opening ceremony of Archistiq, we attend to the venue at 10.30 am. The ceiling is full of the small boxes which are the symbol of this grant event, quite beautiful...

Then, the head of the architecture lecture,Abdul Malek Abdul Rahman gives the talk, he explains the themes of the archiweek, Archistiq.

The students from RUS303 perform on stage, the 1st one is the traditional dance of Melayu, next is the singing with the rhythm of the guitar.

At 5pm, we gather again to do the weapon, shield and the custom for the game...I am responsible to do the shield which can avoid the attack from the enemy...ha! ha!

We tie the bamboo 2gether to make it... Haiz ~~ bamboo again!!

But, we enjoy the process to do it...then, we dismiss~~
